Child Safety Standards
Blue Skies Mutual Aid has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to our website, our Android app, and every account, message, file, and profile on them.
Last updated: October 1, 2026
What is prohibited
It is strictly prohibited to create, upload, share, request, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or to use our services in any way that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, endangers, or traffics a minor.
This includes sexual messages to minors, attempts to meet a minor for sexual purposes, sextortion, and any content that depicts or promotes the abuse of children.
How to report a concern
Inside the app, signed-in users can report a message or person through the in-app support ticket (Help / Tech support) or by contacting a board member. Anyone can also email us directly at operations@blueskiesma.com or call (432) 303-1691.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
How we respond
Every report is reviewed promptly by our child safety contact. Confirmed or suspected CSAM is removed right away, the account involved is suspended and banned, and evidence is preserved as required by law.
We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Laws we follow
We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A reporting requirements) and Texas law.
